What is the status of my order?
Most products ship within a 5-8 day window from our studio. You will receive an automated email with tracking information when your package is on it’s way!
Can I change my order?
If you order hasn’t left the studio; we are happy to help!

Once your order leaves my studio- it’s literally out of my hands. And I am no longer offering refunds on packages that arrive late due to the statements issued by the following shippers that we use: USPS, FED EX, and UPS.
Do you offer framing?
We are happy to ship your prints or original artwork directly to your framer. Alternatively, if you’d like us to work with a local framer, we offer a framing consult for $95. Please reach out to Lydia@LydiaMarieElizabeth.com
Where do you ship?
LME is happy to offer shipping throughout the United States.
International shipping upon special request: please reach out directly to lydia@LydiaMarieElizabeth.com and if we’re able to assist we will!
Can I return my order?
Lydia Marie Elizabeth is not able to offer returns on items at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
